OUR CLEAN PROMISE
If you are travelling to Ireland from a location that is not on the COVID-19 Green List you will be requested to restrict your movements for 14 days as per the current government guidelines. You can check if your country is currently on the Green List on www.dfa.ie/travel/.
The current Irish Government travel advice and policies in relation to visitors travelling from overseas are available www.gov.ie
We will require the proof of your location for the period of self-isolation (the first 14 days of your visit to the country) before you arrive to the hotel. If you are planning to visit the hotel within the first 14 days of your travel, unfortunately we will not be in the position to accept your booking on health and safety grounds until Irish Government travel advice changes.
Our commitment to cleanliness and wellbeing
We have a long-standing commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures which are now being expanded with COVID-19 protocols – many of which are already in place, and reflect the advice of the HSE and local public health authorities. You can expect to see updated procedures in every area of our properties, which include:
Our Reception Areas
Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations, sanitised key-cards, paperless check-out.
Our Guest Rooms
Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation programme, reduction of in-room furnishings / high touch items, new laundry protocols. Rooms are serviced on departure only to minimise contact.
Our Public Spaces & Facilities
Regular cleaning of high touch points, social distancing, pre-booking system for dining. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas including the bar and restaurant.
Rigorous cleaning protocols of pool areas and changing rooms, pre-booking system for pool sessions.
Food & Beverage
New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, room-service and catering. A residents lounge is available for hotel guests if they wish to have a pre/post dinner drink. Bar Solo is closed at 11.30pm every day for all guests including hotel residents.
We look forward to seeing you soon
