Our commitment to cleanliness and wellbeing
We have a long-standing commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures which are now being expanded with COVID-19 protocols – many of which are already in place, and reflect the advice of the HSE and local public health authorities. You can expect to see updated procedures in every area of our properties, which include:
Our Reception Areas
Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations, sanitised key-cards, paperless check-out.
Our Guest Rooms
Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation programme, reduction of in-room furnishings / high touch items, new laundry protocols. For bedroom stays of 3 nights or less, rooms will be serviced on departure only. Stays of 4+ nights will be serviced once every 3-4 days.
Our Public Spaces & Facilities
Regular cleaning of high touch points, social distancing, pre-booking system for dining. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas including the bar and restaurant.
Rigorous cleaning protocols of pool areas and changing rooms, pre-booking system for pool sessions.
Food & Beverage
New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, room-service and catering.
