The Connacht Hospitality Group were delighted to achieve Failte Ireland’s Customer Service Excellence Award in both The Connacht Hotel and our Forster Court Hotel.

Earlier this year, Fáilte Ireland launched a new industry training programme – the Accredited Service Excellence Programme – which trains front-line staff across all sectors of a tourism business to maximise their potential in customer relationships and satisfaction.

We are proud of this Business Award whereupon 75% of  our front facing staff have completed the Programme.
