These terms and conditions govern the participation in the charity fundraiser(s) organized by the Connacht Hospitality Group – the owner of The Connacht Hotel and HYDE Hotel. By participating in the fundraiser(s), you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.
FUNDRAISING BODIES
The Connacht Hospitality Group (CHG) will, through its businesses – The Connacht Hotel and HYDE Hotel – help to raise funds for two organisations.
PURPOSE OF FUNDRAISER
CHG is aiming to raise awareness for the two aforementioned charities through prize giveaways so that the general public will donate to them.
RECIPIENTS OF DONATIONS
Galway Hospice Foundation and Cancer Care West are the two bodies which CHG will raise funds for through The Connacht Hotel and HYDE Hotel.
MEANS OF FUNDRAISING
Funds will be raised in the form of donations made by the public through idonate fundraising pages. The idonate pages have been set up by CHG. The Galway Hospice Foundation idonate page can be found here, and the Cancer Care West idonate page can be found here.
PRIZE
The public are being incentivised to enter through a prize giveaway. Both The Connacht Hotel and HYDE Hotel are giving away overnight stays for two people with breakfast – names will be selected from draws to determine who wins the prize, and these names will be sourced from the names on the idonate pages who have donated a minimum of €2.
ELIGIBILITY
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of CHG are not eligible to win the prize, but they may donate.
FUNDRAISER DETAILS
Funds raised from the fundraisers will be allocated to the designated charities chosen by CHG.
LIABILITY
Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in the fundraiser and assume all risks associated with their participation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By participating in the fundraiser, winners of the prize grant CHG the right to contact them using the names and contact details provided.
By participating in the fundraiser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. CHG reserves the right to make amendments or additions to these terms and conditions, and any such modifications will be communicated through appropriate channels.
